Facebook Has All But Abandoned Us In Our Time Of Need
The year has almost ended and facebook still has not lived up to their promise. I could only remember it too well. They launched their new customer support with so much press coverage that even the skeptics got hooked. All those were just empty promises. People still cannot contact facebook when they need assistance. You can just hear the disgruntled users cursing as they get another busy signal. I guess it can be proven that the facebook phone number is a dud. It has been totally useless even from the start. Millions have tried dialing this so-called facebook help telephone number and all they get is a busy signal. Even as we speak, people are cancelling their facebook account. They are fed up. They are unsatisfied. They are totally pissed-off. So far, facebook has been silent through all this. This is so fitting because the migration of people to other sites has also left their website silent. If they continue with this, sooner or later they will left with nothing but a vast wasteland. There is no possible reason why they reacting this way. One could only surmise that the owners are also fed up with everything and wish to close down shop. Whatever the case, it has given the public much to ponder. Why could somebody be so cold-hearted and callous as to leave all their users in the dark? This experience has definitely left a sour taste in the mouth and many are only to happy to spit it out. This not the time of anger or revolt but a time of sorrow. We on the sideline can only shake our heads at the tragedy that has happened.
