A Friend has been Unhappy Because of Some Technical Issue
A friend of mine’s been pretty cranky recently. I don’t quite know what the problem is, since he doesn’t want to tell me, but I suspect that it has something to do with his phone. It makes me wonder what could be bugging him. He’s actually usually a pretty cheerful guy. He usually has a smile on his face, and I can probably count on the fingers of one hand the few times I’ve seen him clearly unhappy. Well, this is one of those occasions.I do know that he was pretty happy a few days ago because he was finally able to save up for some gadget that he’s been lusting after. I can’t quite remember which one it was. To me, a lot of the fancier phones nowadays seem really similar. Anyway, he did also mention that he’s been in touch with the Orange help representatives, trying to get something fixed. I guess it’s safe to say that the thing that’s making him unhappy is some sort of Orange problem, and probably one relating to a new phone. I feel bad for the guy. I really do. I guess it can be difficult to transition from the anticipation of finally laying your hands on the phone that you’ve been dreaming about to finding out that something is seriously wrong with it, right off the bat. Well, at least it’s still pretty early so the device is probably under warranty. Still, I can understand why it can suck to go through what he’s currently experiencing. I wonder if he’s actually beginning to regret the purchase. He had to sell his old phone to buy the new phone, so at the moment, he’s currently having to make do without a mobile phone.
